Founder and Chief Placement Officer. Ernest, a graduate of Stanford University and having worked in the admissions department, has been in the education consulting industry for over 15 years. He specializes in obtaining North American Ivy League and USNews Top50 school and Canadian admissions as well as private high school placements for clients.

Edwin Day

Director of Southeast Asia Business Development, has been a Director of College Admissions for an American international school in China. Now, in Singapore, Edwin hopes to continue helping students gain admissions to world-renowned universities. Students who have worked with Edwin in the past have gained admission to many top universities, including Harvard, Stanford, UPenn, Cornell, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, UC Berkeley, UCLA, USC, and others. In addition, he is leading the Pathways Program’s charge in penetrating the Southeast Asia market.

Howard Cheung

Head of Hong Kong office, is a graduate of Cambridge University and one of Ernest’s previous students. He has been in the education consulting industry for over 5 years with a focus on UK schools. He specializes in obtaining coveted placement in UK boarding high school and colleges.

Henry Phan

Head of Vietnam office. Henry, a graduate of Stanford University, is responsible for company operations and manages the Vietnam market. He has over 5 years experience working with students of SouthEastAsia backgrounds.

Paris Qian

Head of Singapore office. Paris, a graduate of University of Queensland and Singapore Polytechnic, specializes in obtaining coveted placements in Singapore and Australia
